TO MY LOVING AND LOYAL READERS IN JAPAN !!

Greetings To All Of You My Dear Readers!

Another week has gone by and here I am happily back here again with you during my Holiday Season which is moving along rather quickly I must say. Time moves as swiftly as it may. You would think that since The Mainland part of The United States just returned to their Standard Time now that their Daylight Saving Time is now over, (we do not have Daylight Saving Time here in Hawaii), you would think things would slow do here. The answer is no they do not. So sorry.

Anyway, my Holiday Season here is as I said, moving right along and I am here today to share another little part of it with you. So, please, enjoy the reading.

BLOG # 31: CARDS AND STAMPS……..!!

Our Autumn here in America is moving along. Our Autumn here in Hawaii, which indeed is the Fifty-first state in America (Hawaii becoming a state in 1959 as nearly everyone knows), what there is of that Autumn because it is definitely not the same as on the Mainland part of The United States, is what it is. The leaves here barely change color at all. It does cool down some temperature wise though.

And also moving along here are the days on the calendar bringing us closer to our BIG and long awaited THANKSGIVING DAY HOLIDAY which falls on the 23rd of November this year. And WE HERE are STILL getting ready for i and preparing for it and still grocery shopping for it. Still deciding on and the choosing of our Turkeys but not having bought them yet because of nearly waiting until the very last possible minute which is what a lot of us do here because we are waiting for the best sale price per pound for the soon-to-be-delicious Holiday Bird —- next to getting it FREE that is. One store I know here has Reward Coupons and if the time is right and you have one, you can turn in your Reward Coupon and get your Holiday Bird for FREE.

In the meantime, while waiting for this to happen………I am realizing that time really IS flying around here and that I had better get going and get to doing the other part of the THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY that I love and look forward to because: OH MY GOSH MY DEAR READERS……..TIME IS GROWING SHORT !!

So, this is the weekend that I will be writing out my Thanksgivings Day cards that I will mail out with not just my signed name but a short or sometimes lengthy note and a very much decorated envelope and a Holiday address label. I hope I will have them all done and ready to send out to where they are going by (my) Tuesday the 14th. I say this especially my Holiday Card List for Thanksgiving and Christmas and The New Year just GREW as of lately and this means MORE CARDS, MORE ENVELOPE DECORATIONS, AND MORE STAMPS.
