TO ALL MY DEEPLY CARING BLOGGING FANS IN JAPAN !!!

My Friends! Are you aware that Summer is coming? Are you ready for it? I am…….NOT. I thought I was, but no, I am really one hundred percent……….NOT. So I thought perhaps my Blog for this week might help us both to least begin to get ready for the big day. It will be a start a guess. So why don’t we start now and be ready for some early fun?


BLOG: #116: NO MORE WEIGHT-ING !!

It has finally happened. After months of on and off searching, my elusive SCALE has finally and at last been found. My friend Madelyn found it after bringing over hers so that I could weigh myself. And weigh I did.

If you don’t know of British Weight you might have a problem figuring out my weight. I weigh a shade over 15 stone. In American Pounds my weight is 213 pounds which is way over weight for my height of 4’10”. I think a STONE sounds much better than a POUND. For your information: one stone, British Weight is equal to 14 American Pounds. Shall we leave it at this and see what happens after awhile? Let us do that and hope for the very best.

But I have to do something NOW.

I can no longer wait.

I will not cry and I will just move ahead. I have had a weight problem all my life. And only I can solve it and do something to better myself. I have looked in the mirror at myself for the past several days and have NOT liked at all what I have seen there so SOMETHING must be done. And like I said, it has to be done NOW.

This might turn out to be one of my shortest Blogs I am ever to write but one of the longest things I have ever had take on. Losing pounds is not easy but one has to try. So guess what, I am going for it. NOW.

Wish me luck. I am gonna need it.
