I am excited! Aren’t YOU? Today the Season changes from the over-heated and over-rated and now very much unwanted Season of Summer to the cooling Season of Autumn! The season I have been waiting for all year long, and the season which makes me the happiest, the most glorious of all, the season that really means something to me and that I care about most of all. I am hoping that YOUR FIRST DAY OF AUTUMN has been just wonderful for all of you and I hope that each and every one of you got to do something EXTRA BIG AND EXTRA SPECIAL today, to celebrate every minute of it! May you all enjoy The Autumn Season !!!


SUPER BLOG: #79: IT ’S FINALLY AUTUMN !!!

Oh My Autumn! Beautiful Season and Greatest Joy that you are! In all your GLORY you have come at last to bring your happiness to all! I plan for months for your arrival. Sometimes I am ready, other times I am not but this does not stop my heart from crying out with the joy and happiness I seek every year while awaiting the beauty that is YOURS that OUR LORD gave you to share with all of us. Oh, I am sure it goes without saying that the other Seasons which HE made for us in HIS GOODNESS are just as lovely and beautiful in their own special way. I just happen to LOVE AUTUMN THE BEST. This is the way it has always been for me and the way that it always will be. In fact, I am hoping that when my time comes along to go HOME to God that HE has a special place for me waiting in the “Autumn” Section of HIS Beautiful Heaven for me to enjoy and help care for all the cats and kittens who come to be with HIM. That way we can always be with HIM, worshipping HIM, enjoying being in his Presence forever, caring for his dear wee ones. I hope it WILL be that way for me.

I had a very long talk with GOD last night, that is, early in the morning, as HIS Autumn Season first began, while others were sleeping. And it did me good. I know it did because I could feel it even though I wound up sleeping very little afterwards. (Perhaps two hours?).

I do not know how you celebrated your First Day Of Autumn but as for me and my special day, I can tell you, it was great! My friend Patricia came into Hilo Town from her home in Ocean View and we had luncheon which she had purchased from a Japanese Lunch Shop and we spoke of happy things and we spent some very much well wanted time at Wal-Mart. Perhaps this does not sound like an exciting way to spend Autumn’s First Day but for me it was wonderful because I had not been out and about for quite a while plus I truly enjoyed the ride going out there. And I got to buy several things. Cards, Saimin Noodles, two Mailers, two packages of stickers to put on envelopes, four tomatoes, which were packaged, a bottle of Calcium pills for my Bone Health, and of course, I could definitely NOT get out of Wal-Mart without buying at LEAST one book. I bought two. One paperback: BORN TO BE WILDE by Eloisa James and a hardcover novel by Karin Slaughter called: PIECES OF HER. I could not pass up either book. The one by Eloisa James is part of a series of books she is writing. I have already read the first two. And as for the one by Karin Slaughter, well, that is a different thing altogether and I got it because the first book I read that was hers called: The Good Daughter, I could not put down for anything. It was THAT good.

At any rate, I am glad I got to go out and have some fun.

But wait my Dear Ones! My First Day Of Autumn is not done yet!

I still have a Supper to prepare! One I have planned for weeks.

Sirloin Tip Steak, Home-made Mexi-corn, made with garlic, three kinds of onions and three kinds of Bell Pepper, and Corn. And also Wide Buttered Noodles. As for a drink, I do not know as yet what that will be. And oh yes, Chocolate Mint Ice Cream for dessert. Do any of you want to join me???? My “restaurant” is open LATE as is my “bar”.

So……now you know how my special day went and is going, plus, there is also a full moon here tonight as the dog next door howls. He must be lonesome as my neighbors do not seem to be at home. It makes me wonder where they went. Out to celebrate Autumn’s First Night maybe?

And how do I plan now to end my fun?

Maybe eating that ice cream or drinking something? Wine or rum? And watching Hulu on the computer: BLUE BLOODS.

It is the Dinner Hour here now, so I MUST get Prepping my Mexi-corn else I shall truly eat late!
